Warranty and Return Policies

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Coverage Included:

  • Returns for sizing within the first 30 days.
  • Defects in craftsmanship, including the plate not actuating.

Not Included in Warranty:

  • Damage or repairs that occur with normal and abusive wear.
  • Replacement due to loss or theft.
  • Repair to inlay on custom designs (available for an additional fee).

RETURN POLICY

If your Clicker Ring doesn’t fit, we will exchange any product purchased in the first 30 days.

We do ask that you ship the product back to us as part of our return policy and that it be in new and sellable condition (unless due to manufacturing defects).

Please use the return address included on the packing list in your original statement. If you don’t have the packing list, don’t worry and use the address below.
